You have a choice of how to book with us:  contact us directly through this website, call us at 1-832-808-3757 (a Houston, Texas, USA phone number,) or book with us over VRBO/Homeaway, AirBnB or FlipKey.   Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway charge a service fee, averaging about 6% on top of our rates, with AirBnB usually charging a slightly higher service fee. Tripadvisor/Flipkey impose a service fee of at least 13%, so we do not recommend using that website to book. 

Different sites offer different value to you, such as payment and fraud protection as part of the service fee.  Our cancellation policies differ between sites, as they give limited choices and require that we choose one of theirs instead of setting our own. There is no service fee to book through our website, but we provide no travel insurance.  We suggest you shop around to find the right package of services to you prior to booking. 

Please note – We will not refund service charges you pay to book on other listing sites, and we will not price match our rates between sites, either prior to booking or after booking. Please shop around before you commit. Special offers are good only for bookings made through the site on which they are advertised and for the valid date and during the advertised time frame.

Booking process

Most of our guests start communicating with us before they are ready to commit to book. That’s fine with us – we prefer it that way. We are happy to answer questions. Villa Grand Piton is a place to really live while you experience all that St Lucia has to offer, not just a place to sleep while you visit St Lucia. So we want to hear what your plans are and your expectations so we can help you make sure that Villa Grand Piton is the right choice for you. However, we cannot hold your requested dates while you decide whether to book or not.

When you are ready to book our home, the process is:

1) Contact us and tell us you are ready to book (not just interested or thinking about it) and the dates.

2) We’ll get back to you as soon as we can (usually within a few hours) to let you know if your requested dates are available and to confirm the rental rate, and ask you for some information we need for the contract.

3) Once we receive your response with the information for the contract, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the deposit (50% of the total rental fee) and a customized contract that you sign with an electronic signature through DocuSign. No need to print out the contract, sign it and scan it or take a picture. We’ll hold your dates for 24 hours from the time we send out the contract, to allow you time to read and sign the contract, and pay the invoice.

4) If we receive both your signed contract and your payment within 24 hours of sending the contract, your reservation will be confirmed.
